Originally formed in 1985 as Anvil Chess Special Products Ltd, a small family owned and run stockholding / distribution business marketing Aluminium pipe and fittings. The company expanded, changing its name to Anvil Alloys Ltd and setting up a fabrication facility (Anvil Fittings) in 1997 to manufacture pipe and fittings. In 2017 Anvil Alloys joined the Valen Fittings group under the new banner Anvil Alloys Ltd and will continue to support its customers from its state of the art plant specialising in the manufacture of formed and welded pipe and fittings in 5083 Aluminium. Key sectors served include the air separation, natural gas liquefaction, petrochemical, marine and other industries.
